1 Ultimate Letter

How our process works:

1. The customer places the order using the chart above and informs us of the letter(s) they would like to order, as well as the theme or color idea.
2. We respond within 48 hours with design ideas, and begin work after an agreement has been made.
3. We email a photo proof before completing the wooden monogram letter. Therefore, Creative Minds and Designs cannot be responsible if an order takes longer than projected because the proof was not approved in a timely manner.
4. We mail the completed product USPS Priority.
